Complete Dossier, Case Of Collos 2 Times In Nagan Raya Aceh Investigated By Police

The Integrated Law Enforcement Team (Gakkumdu) of Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, has delegated the handling of cases of alleged criminal acts in the 2024 Election in the form of cases of voting twice at different polling stations in Lamie Village, Darul Makmur District to the Nagan Raya Police. "We have transferred the case to the police, currently handling it at the Nagan Raya Police," said the Coordinator of the Division for Handling Violations and Settlement of the Bawaslu Nagan Raya Dispute, Rahmadsyah, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 18. According to him, with the case being transferred to the police, the case has now become the police's authority to follow up. Rahmadsyah said the alleged voter voting twice was carried out by a man with the initials M who is a witness of a candidate for legislative member who advanced in the 2024 Election. The man with the initials M was caught red-handed when he was the second time in the Vote Voting Site (TPS) 003 at Lamie Village, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency on February 14, 2024. When voting for the second time, the man M was suspected of carrying an invitation letter on behalf of his younger brother. Previously, the man M was suspected of having given his voting rights at the Lamie TPS, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency.

The actions of the male M were later discovered by residents and other witnesses, so that the perpetrators were then secured to the Darul Makmur Police, Nagan Raya Regency. Rahmadsyah said that currently the reporting of alleged criminal acts of the 2024 General Election has been followed up by Bawaslu Nagan Raya with the Gakkumdu Team in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
