6 Civil Servants Entangled In Corruption Cases At Mukomuko Hospital Temporarily Dismissed

JAKARTA - Six civil servants who were caught in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital, Bengkulu in 2016-2021, will be temporarily suspended. The Special Criminal Investigation Team (Pidsus) of the Mukomuko District Attorney's Office on Thursday night, March 15 detained seven people after being named suspects for the alleged corruption case in the budget management of the Mukomuko Hospital for the 2016-2021 budget year. Before the six civil servants within this local government were temporarily dismissed, he said, there was a process first, not necessarily, the local government had to follow the procedure first. "We have to first accept the Decree of determination of him as a suspect from the prosecutor's investigator, then the basis will be that the assessment team will make the minutes that six people are submitted to the regent for temporary dismissal," he said. Regarding their rights and obligations after being temporarily dismissed, said the Regional Secretary, of course reduced, not completely. Many rights are reduced, if the allowance is clear, the basic salary is reduced.

After the six civil servants who were caught in this legal case were temporarily dismissed, the person concerned only received 50 percent of his salary. "They were detained for the next 20 days, if necessary the detention was extended for up to 40 days," he said. The seven suspects, namely TA former Director of RSUD for the 2016-2020 period, AF for former BLUD Expenditure Treasurer RSUD 2016-2019, AT, former Head of Finance at RSUD 2018-2021, HI, former Head of Medical Services at RSUD 2017-2021. Then KN former Head of Treasury and Verification for Finance at the Mukomuko Hospital 2016-2021, JM former Treasurer of BLUD Expenditure for the period 2020-2021, and HF former Head of Finance Hospital 2016-2018. Meanwhile, state losses in the case of alleged corruption in the management of the Regional Hospital (RSUD) Mukomuko budget for the 2016-2021 fiscal year amounted to Rp4.8 billion.
