Claims Already In Communication With PDIP And NasDem, PKB Optimistic That The Right To Administrative Rights Will Not Be Canceled
JAKARTA - Member of the National Awakening Party (PKB) faction, Luluk Nur Hamidah, stated that his party is optimistic that the right of inquiry to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 General Election can be submitted in the DPR.Luluk admitted that PKB had established cross-baction communications such as PDIP and NasDem. As well as inviting legal experts so as not to cancel the application for the right of inquiry.Luluk said that several factions in the DPR had declared an agreement to prepare documents that were a formal requirement to submit a letter of application for the right of inquiry to the DPR."I think some factions have done that, including PKB inviting several experts and cross-sections, whether legal experts or campuses or representing community leaders, we all listen, we collect, we listen to their aspirations," said Luluk at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, March 14..Luluk emphasized that PKB continues to apply for the right of inquiry even though there are some who doubt it. In fact, he said, there was something that scared him so that the right of inquiry to investigate allegations of election fraud in the DPR failed."Because the right of inquiry is a constitutional right. This is also guaranteed by the Constitution and the MD3 Law. This is only a matter of our political will to fix all allegations of chaotic our current democracy," said Luluk."Oh, there are presidential candidates who say that our democracy is very tired, very dirty and expensive. This is what we have to dismantle in the right of inquiry. Why our democracy, which is at its age, should be ripe but tiring and expensive, on the other hand, is very dirty. This is not something that can be normalized or considered normal," he continued. Therefore, this member of the DPR Baleg revealed that the PKB faction had started communicating with several members of other factions. Such as members of the NasDem faction, PKS, PDIP, and several members who were vocal in plenary meetings related to the right of inquiry."It's kind of calm for me to be with Mas Adian (PDIP) with Mas tobas (NasDem), and others. We check with each other, we are still at the same frequency. So no one has any intention in our position to resign and then thwart or cancel," said Luluk.
"But we don't do this with gruksuk damage. Because we don't want to repeat mistakes, for example from the government, what we actually observe is some reckless things. That's why we don't want to just follow our passions," he concluded.
