Huawei Presents 5.5G Smart Core Network, Encourages People To A Multi-Smart Era

JAKARTA - At the 2024 Mobile World Congress (MWC) at Barcelona, George Gao, President of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line announced the launch of a 5.5G smart core network solution.

According to him, the 5.5G smart core network is an important part of 5.5G, which combines service intelligence, network intelligence, and operational and maintenance intelligence (O&M) to increase business value and development potential.

So, Huawei will bring mobile subscribers to an upgraded era of new calling or call service, so that through this solution, customers enter the era of multimodal communication, while operators can reconstruct the layout of their services.

Not only that, but Huawei also introduced a Multi-modal Communication Function (MCF), to enable the use of voice controllable digital avatars during calls, thus providing a more personal calling experience.

Furthermore, Huawei's 5.5G smart core network solution will also address problems, where networks that often experience micro-explosives due to the large number of solid traffic services, such as HD 2K or 4K videos, or live streaming services.

"In a situation like this, it is very likely that the vCPU will be overloaded, causing the loss packet aka the missing data that is being sent. To overcome this problem, Huawei released the UDG Intelligent," said George.

According to George, this is the first UDG Intelligent product in the industry that can deliver a 10 Gbps superior experience at any location.
