Lawyers In Palu Initials AB Allegedly Obscene To Children After 10 Years, Police Conduct Investigation

PALU - The Central Sulawesi Regional Police are investigating an alleged immoral case against a minor involving a lawyer in Palu City."It is true, the Central Sulawesi Police have received the Police Report number LP/B/35/II/2024/SPKT/Polda Central Sulawesi dated February 12, 2024 and the reporter with the initials MFR, a resident of Donggala Regency," said Head of Subbit for Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Police, Kompol Sugeng, in Palu City, Antara, Thursday, March 7.MFR reported that AB (a lawyer) was suspected of committing immoral acts against his son, with the initials UNA, was 10 years old from 2020 to 2024."The case has now been handled by the investigating team of Sub-Directorate IV of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police Ditreskrimum," he saidSugeng said the police had asked for information from the complainant, as well as the victim was immediately scheduled to be questioned for the investigation of the case.Meanwhile, when confirmed separately, the victim's family confirmed the alleged immoral act committed by a lawyer.To reporters, the victim's family Andrias Mikahrun explained. The victim's parents have reported this case to the authorities in the hope that it can be handled immediately."Initially the victim reported the incident to the teacher at his school, then the school reported it to the victim's relatives until this issue reached the ears of his mother," Andrias said.Based on the victim's confession, the perpetrator committed immoral acts in three places at his residence. "Initially we did not believe that the perpetrator had the heart to do this and we hope that the police will investigate the case so that this crime motive is revealed," he said.
The family also stated that the case had been handled by the Women and Children Protection Unit.
