KPU Asked To Be Transparent About The Anomaly Of The PSI's Voice Surge

JAKARTA - Makara Strategic Insight (MSI Research) urges the General Election Commission (KPU) to explain the surge in the votes of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) that occurred over the past few days. Significant increases are considered to raise public suspicion. It is known that PSI's vote from Thursday, February 29 to Saturday, March 2 continued to skyrocket. From the KPU's real count data, the party's voice from Kaesang Pangarep's venture increased to 3.13 percent or 2,402,268 on Saturday, March 2 at 15.00 WIB. In fact, the votes obtained by the party bearing the rose flower symbol were initially only 2.86 percent or 2,171,907 on Thursday, February 29 at around 10.00 WIB. "The suspicion could arise because of several things, including the absence of strong figures to gain votes. Try, who are the well-known political figures and really capable? There is not yet? Especially in the regions," said Chief Executive Director of Makara Strategic Insight (MSI Research), Andre Priyanto, quoted on Monday, February 4.

"This sudden increase in numbers is quite strange, yesterday the calculation was stopped after the KPU commissioner received a DKPP warning. The Gelora Party also rose even though it was not as high as PSI," he said on a separate occasion. "Friends who did the quick count had to speak up because so far their calculations have almost never missed. Then, if the data turns out to be the same as what the KPU has, it must be seen how the sound enters through C1 and which TPS. Only through that, we can see where the sound comes from," concluded Ikrar.
