Legal Counsel Calls Wulan Guritno And Word Ahessa Already Have Home Renovation Feasibility

JAKARTA - Wulan Guritno's attorney, Ficky Fernando, said that his client had several times collected the money that Wulan had lent to Sabda, but unfortunately the 28-year-old basketball player had not paid it.

"Because legally, we can sue only legally and correctly. So because we have been billed several times, there is no resolution or we don't want to legally," said Ficky Fernando at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, February 29.

In fact, according to Ficky, there has been an agreement between Wulan and Sabda to return the money. However, every time Sabda was billed, he always argued that he did not have the money to pay.

"Yes, it was a mutual agreement to return the money but it has not been returned. If it is a mutual agreement, our client should have billed him (Sabda Ahessa) saying there is no just saying he wants to pay but he doesn't know when to pay," continued Ficky.

It is known that the money that Wulan Guritno lent to Sabda was given for the renovation of his private house in the West Pejaten area, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

Therefore, Ficky said that Wulan did not immediately lend the Rp 396 million money but was given gradually to the total being sued.

"To my knowledge, when we talk about renovations per term, the point is that Wulan's bailout funds reach the value of the lawsuit. And Wulan hopes that through us we will collect them legally, the bailout will be paid," he concluded.
