Dante Rampung's Death Reconstruction, 115 Scenes Shown Including When Victims Drowned
JAKARTA - The reconstruction of the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara, who allegedly drowned has been completed. There are 115 scenes that have been re-enacted.
"So the total scene we carried out in the reconstruction was 115 scenes," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra, to reporters, Wednesday, February 28.
Hundreds of scenes are divided into two parts. First, with 13 scenes held at Polda Metro Jaya by assuming or as if the residence of the suspect Yudha Arfandi.
The second part of the reconstruction is the reconstruction of the scene at Tirta Swimming Pool Park, Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta. At that location, the suspect demonstrated 102 scenes.
"We went to the swimming pool where the series of activities began by starting to enter, register, to warm up, then entering the pool," he said.
Of the hundreds of scenes set up in the swimming pool, most showed the suspect submerging Dante's body into the water.
Yudha Arfandi drowned Dante 12 times at different times.
"The scene that was shown during the reconstruction in the pool, a total of 102 scenes. Of the 102 scenes, there were 69 scenes where the suspect drowned the victim 12 times," said Wira.

Meanwhile, the reconstruction was carried out to provide a full picture of a criminal act, in this case Dante's death, by re-examping the series of events.
In this case, Yudha Arfandi is suspected of being under Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
