Just Entered Indonesia And First Joined IIMS, BYD Wins 4 Awards At The Same Time

JAKARTA - BYD Motor Indonesia won four awards at once at the IIMS 2024 event, from Favorite New Car Launch for the three BYD products which were launched simultaneously, Best EV Sedan for BYD Seal, Best Medium EV for BYD Atto 3, and Best Booth Car over 1000m2.

Luther T. Panjaitan, Head of Marketing BYD Indonesia, expressed his pleasure in introducing and offering advanced technology as a sustainable environmentally friendly solution at the exhibition. Each of the awards that BYD achieved was a warm welcome for BYD's presence in Indonesia and a form of appreciation for the advantages of EV BYD products.

"The enthusiasm of visitors at the booth for every BYD product and technology is really felt, and winning the fourth category IIMS Awards 2024 makes us even more optimistic and continues to be motivated to market BYD EVs to a wider audience in Indonesia," said Luther T. He also believes that public enthusiasm for EV BYD and its technology will always be in line with the consistent presence of BYD's best products and services.

In the 'Best New Car Launch' category, BYD as a global technology company, creates its own euphoria in the national automotive world, especially the EV segment. This makes BYD booths always crowded with visitors who want to experience the advantages of each product and technology directly.

Meanwhile, the Best EV Sedan' award given to BYD Seal is based on the advantage of very fast acceleration within 3.8 seconds, with a distance of up to 650 km in one battery charge. Then, the Best Medium EV award was given to BYD Atto 3 which has a wide panoramic sunset that gives a luxurious impression that allows light to enter the entire interior of the car.

Throughout IIMS 2024, BYD booths and test drive areas are always crowded with consumers. From the data received by VOI, the full BYD Dolphin drive test was carried out by 469 visitors, BYD Atto 3 as many as 755 visitors, and BYD Seal as many as 1,092 visitors.

This proves that BYD's presence in the country's electrification vehicle industry received a lively welcome from Indonesian visitors and automotive lovers. In addition, BYD also educates the public about the technology of e-platform 3.0, Blade Battery, and Vehicle to Load (V2L) through BYD Tech Auto Talks, with the aim of providing a deep understanding of the advantages of each technology used in each unit of EV BYD.
