Sued By Wulan Guritno For Being Happy, Said Ahessa Relaxed Boxing Training
JAKARTA - Artist Wulan Guritno has filed a civil lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Sabda Ahessa regarding the bailout fund that was previously given by Wulan Guritno for house renovation purposes.
It is known that Sabda had borrowed money from Wulan Guritno for the purposes of renovating the 28-year-old basketball player's house located in Pejaten Barat, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
The lawsuit that was filed at the South Jakarta District Court had already held their first trial on February 22, unfortunately the absence of Sabda made the trial postponed for a week or more to be precise on February 29.
"He has determined the inaugural trial on Thursday, February 22, but the Sabda party is not present. Therefore, the judge postponed to recall Thursday, February 29," said Djuyamto, Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, February 27.
Djuyamto continued that if Sabda was still not present at the next trial, the panel of judges would continue the 42-year-old woman's lawsuit with verstek.
"The provision of the procedural law is to summon the defendant to be summoned for the second time. If the panel of judges does not attend, they will make a verstek trial," continued Djuyamto.

Unfortunately, Sabda doesn't seem to take this lawsuit seriously. This can be seen from the upload of his Instagram story which looks like he is busy exercising boxing even though he will face a civil trial.
In the upload, Sabda wore a dark blue shirt with long hair left loose. He was seen practicing boxing with a man who was suspected of being his coach.
