First Kunker, AHY Hands Over Land Certificate To Manado Residents
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) handed over land certificates directly to the people in Manado City, North Sulawesi.
"I hand over the land certificate directly to the community. Here I am while continuing to shop for problems, what else can we do from the center and of course its derivatives at the provincial and district/city levels," AHY said in his statement quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, February 22.
AHY immediately carried out his first working visit the day after being inaugurated and handed over positions.
He left for North Sulawesi Province on Thursday (22/2) to submit land certificates and review land services in Manado City. During his first working visit, he met and had direct dialogue with the community.
AHY listened to the aspirations of the community and ensured that the land certification process in the regions went well.
There are 105 land certificates that will be submitted in Malalayang Dua Village, Manado City, which are the result of the Land Redistribution program and Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL).
The handover of the three certificates took place door to door to the community who work as builders, farmers and fishermen.

"This is my first official trip as Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, we are used to working in the field to greet the community directly. I think that is the most effective because listening to complaints, hopes or aspirations of the community are not only inspiring or mobilizing us, but accelerating if there is anything that can be handled," said AHY.
The next day Friday (23/2), the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN is scheduled to attend the inauguration of the Lolak Dam in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. During the inauguration, President Joko Widodo and a number of Ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet and regional heads will attend.
