Secure State Assets, Ministry Of Industry Receives Small Industrial Environment Certificate From KATR/BPN
The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) received a land certificate for the Small Industrial Environment (Lik) from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (Ministry of ATR/BPN) to secure state assets.
Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry Putu Juli Ardika said the state land certificate in question is located in Ulu Gadut, Padang, West Sumatra, with a total land area of 172,940 square meters which includes enclave land.
"Certification of state assets is a very important form of legal asset security, because it will protect and protect State Property (BMN) from potential legal problems, such as disputes, lawsuits or unauthorized transfer of ownership to other parties," Putu said in a written statement received by VOI, Thursday, February 22.
Putu said that currently the condition of the management of Lik in Padang City continues to grow significantly. According to him, some have become residential areas, hotels and other commercial areas.
In addition, he said that as many as four hectares (ha) of which were still being used by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) for Metal Engineering, Atsiri Oil UPTD and Rattan Warehouse by the West Sumatra Government as well as the Padang Industrial Services Standardization and Services Center.
Meanwhile, in 2023, the Ministry of Industry managed to obtain the first winner of the 2023 Reksa Bandha Award from the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) for the Quality category of BMN Reporting for Ministry/Institutional Groups that have work units (satker) of more than 100 satkers (including recipients of Deconcentration and Assistance Funds).

"This achievement is a motivation for the Ministry of Industry to continue to optimize the management of state assets and auctions, which will also affect the growth of the national industry," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Padang City Land Office, Alim Bastian, said that his party was ready to assist and cooperate in resolving land problems with related parties. He also supports the steps taken by the Ministry of Industry in the plan to use and utilize land in Ulu Gadut's plots.
"We are open to continuing to coordinate with the Ministry of Industry so that the problems in Ulu Gadut's claim can be resolved immediately and can be utilized optimally," he said.
