Want To Build Duty Free Mall At IKN, Agung Sedayu Still Waiting For The Authority's Restu
JAKARTA - Property boss Agung Sedayu Group Sugianto Kusuma said there were a number of projects being pursued to start being built in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in the near future. One of them is the construction of a duty free mall or a duty-free shopping center.
The man who is familiarly called Aguan said that his party together with a consortium of local entrepreneurs had prepared the concept of construction.
Aguan also admitted that he was still communicating with the IKN Authority and the government regarding the project. This includes carrying out the concept of a mall duty free at IKN.
"We also want to build malls. Malls that we are now talking to the government, if possible, use the term duty free," he said when met in PIK 2 area, Tangerang, Banten, written Wednesday, February 21.
In addition to malls or shopping centers, Aguan said that other projects were being pursued to start being built at IKN in the near future, namely a botanical garden project.

Furthermore, Aguan also explained that the concept of botanical gardens and malls that were promoted was expected to attract people to visit IKN.
"We have thought about how to enliven the IKN. Is it true or not? There need to be people's gimmicks to come, right?" he explained.
