The Ministry Of PUPR Said That The Progress Of The Construction Of The Minister's House At IKN Has Been 78 Percent
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the National Capital Infrastructure Development Implementation Task Force (IKN) revealed that the construction of the Ministerial Position Tax House in Nusantara, East Kalimantan reached 78 percent.
"The progress of the construction of landed houses for ministerial positions has reached 78 percent as of February 8," said Head of the Task Force (Kasatgas) for the Implementation of IKN Infrastructure Development Danis Sumadilaga in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, February 16.
The construction of this ministerial office house is part of the IKN development in East Kalimantan, so it is hoped that ministers can live and work at IKN.
Moreover, next year, the commemoration ceremony for the Independence Day of Indonesia will be held at IKN, so that construction work on landed houses, public facilities and social facilities for regional infrastructure work areas and furniture work must also be completed properly.
A total of 36 units of ministerial housing were built by the Ministry of PUPR at the 104 press location as many as 24 units and 105 units complete with infrastructure, facilities and utilities and development processes starting on December 7, 2022.
The Ministry of PUPR continues to accelerate the construction work of 36 units of ministerial housing in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of IKN.
Currently, at least 32 units have been built and reforestation tree planting is carried out at the 104 and 105 KIPP IKN parcel locations.

There are two house designs built at KIPP IKN, namely 11 units of downslope type and 25 units of upslope type.
