Quick Count LSI Denny JA: Prabowo-Gibran Unggul Mutlak With 58.47 Percent
JAKARTA - The results of the quick count of LSI Denny JA pair of presidential candidates (candidates) and vice presidential candidates (cawapres) Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka lead one round at 58.47 percent.
The founder of LSI, Denny JA revealed the reason Prabowo-Gibran could win just one round without having to commit a massive, systematic and structured fraud.
According to him, the factor in the level of recognition and total preference of voters for Prabowo and Gibran is key.
In the last survey of LSI Denny JA (Feb 2024), Prabowo and Gibran were known and liked at their peak. These two figures achieved the status of premium class electability variables.
"The electability variable is terminology for conditions to form electability. Namely the level of recognition and level of preference. Those who know Prabowo and Gibran are already above 90 percent of the Indonesian population. And those who like Prabowo and like Gibran are also above 80 percent," he said in a written statement, Friday, February 16.
With the premium electability variable, according to Denny JA, there is no need for massive, structured and systematic fraud to win just one round.
"Why do I believe that after this acceleration, even though there have been so many protests, national politics will be fine? There will be no riots in the 1998 model? This can be predicted to be sufficient with two indicators. First, the level of satisfaction, the approval of public ratings to Jokowi," he added.
From June 2023 to February 2024, Jokowi's approval rating, public satisfaction with Jokowi ranged from 75-82 percent.

"That's because the majority of the public are satisfied with Jokowi," he said.
Even so, despite criticism there and here, the criticism will not spread to create massive anxiety in the 1998 model.
"But one thing we have to say too. Criticism, testimony and protests from intellectual friends, academics, professors, is valuable to be echoed. Those are all important parts of the civic education. Those are all the menus needed for the maturation of democracy," he said.
