Acting Governor Of Bali Asks For The Back Side Of The Sound Screen To Be Closed
TABANAN - Acting Governor of Bali Sang Made Mahendra Jaya asked polling stations (TPS) to prepare a polling location with a ballot booth whose back side was closed.
Sang Made conveyed this after monitoring the creation of three polling stations for the voting on February 14 tomorrow, where if the back side of the ballot booth opens there is a potential for the voting process to be seen by others.
"Earlier at the TPS in Badung at the Banjar hall behind it still looks like it has to be closed, it can still be seen. We want to really choose tomorrow who feels comfortable not feeling intimidated," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 13.
The polling stations in question are TPS 20 Banjar Derod Pembatan, Lukluk Village, Mengwi Badung, but besides that Acting Governor of Bali also highlighted TPS 65 Banjar Ratangan Gede, Ubung Kaja Village, North Denpasar, and his last visit at Pols 005 Banjar Tonja, Gubung Village, Tabanan.
In addition to input for the organizing committee to prepare a closed ballot booth, from its observation there is still a polling station with a limited ballot booth, he requested that there be at least 1 meter between booths.
"Too close, the distance between views is too close, especially yes, and elsewhere too. But it looks good TPS at school, right," he said highlighting TPS in Banjar Tonja.
