SZA Talks About Lana: I Want To Let This Album Be Completed, Formed By Itself

JAKARTA - SZA shared the latest news about its third highly anticipated studio album, Lana.

He said he wanted to let the album be completed and formed by itself.

Last week, February 4, SZA attended the 66th Grammy in which he won three awards: Best Progressive R&B Album for his second studio album 'SoS', Best R&B Song for 'Snooze' ballad, and Best Duo/Pop Group Performance for 'Ghost In The Machine', featuring Boygenius' Phoebe Bridgers. He also featured 'Kill Bill' and 'Snooze' at the show.

He then spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about his achievements, as well as his three long-awaited LP, Lana. When asked to comment on the status of the album, SZA took a dim attitude.

"You know, in this round, I really don't want to say anything," he told the publication. Just because I feel I have harmed myself because you can divert energy from this album.

"You have to let it form by itself because I'm not really shaping anything. I'm here when energy is in shape and I'm just trying to let it do what it needs to do, and my voice is following any frequency," SZA continued.

In closing, the musician who signed a contract with Top Dawg Entertainment said: 'I feel like I want to let it finish forming and form by myself before I talk about it and maybe change the course of what can happen. However, in my opinion, I am in a beautiful space creatively and I feel very new.'
