PTPP Wins New Contract Of IDR 3.5 Trillion Until January 31, Up 99.96 Percent
JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) recorded a new contract acquisition of IDR 3.5 trillion until January 31, 2024. As a state-owned company for construction and investment, this achievement increased by 99.96 percent compared to the realization as of January the previous year (YoY).
The acquisition of the new contract is dominated by projects with Government sources of 90.50 percent, BUMN at 7.76 percent, and Private at 1.74 percent.
The highest new contract acquisition was in the road and bridge sectors at 62.03 percent, buildings at 28.47 percent, ports at 7.76 percent, and others at 1.74 percent.
PTPP Corporate Secretary, Bakhtiyar Efendi said that the contract value obtained in January 2024 was a good first step for the Company, as well as a form of PTPP's commitment and consistency in strengthening construction core business in order to achieve the target by the end of 2024.
"We are grateful that at the beginning of 2024 we have received a new contract figure that is quite promising, this is the Company's spirit to be able to achieve this year's target. In addition, we focus on completing quite a lot of national strategic projects and IKN this year, of course while still paying attention to quality, HSE and risk management," said Bakhtiyar quoting information disclosure, Monday, February 5.
The new contract achievements achieved by PTPP in January 2024 are the PUPR Wing 2 Office Project worth IDR 815.5 billion, Section 6C Road Development Project IDR 746.6 billion, Serang Panimbang Toll Road Project Section 3 worth IDR 622.4 billion, West Side National Ambu Road Development Project Phase 2 worth IDR 469.9 billion, and Phase 2 3B Toll Road Development Project worth IDR 359 billion.

As of January 2024, PTPP has completed 16 of the 30 National Strategic Projects (PSN). PSN which was completed in January 2024, namely the Indrapura Kisaran Toll Road project with a contract value of IDR 4.3 trillion, the Tiu S Dam project for Package II worth IDR 577 billion, the IPAL KIT Batang project worth IDR 310 billion, and the Access project STS Martadinata Serpong Cinere Toll Road worth IDR 142 billion.
The completion of PSN until January 2024 marks the Company's commitment to contributing to National infrastructure development. The composition of the National Strategic Project (PSN) consists of the Toll Road sector at 56.24 percent, Dams at 18.02 percent, EPC at 14.02 percent, ports and Piers at 9.15 percent, airports at 1.82 percent and the Industrial sector at 0.75 percent.
