Attorney General Rotasi Kajati Bali And Kapuspenkum

JAKARTA - Attorney General ST Burhanuddin rotated its members. Two of them are the Head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) and the Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum).

The rotation of the position is based on the Decision of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2024, dated January 29.

Confirmed about the rotation, the Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana confirmed it. However, he still carries out his duties as Kapuspenkum until now.

"It is true (the position rotation) is in accordance with the Attorney General's decision," said Ketut when confirmed, Wednesday, January 31.

In the transfer of position, R Narendra Jatna, who previously served as Kajati Bali, was transferred to Kajati DKI Jakarta.

Then, the position of Kajati Bali will be occupied by Ketut Sumedana, who currently serves as the Head of the AGO.

Currently, the Attorney General has not yet determined the right person to fill the position of Kapuspenkum.
