Today, Presenter Aiman Witjaksono Undergoes Examination Of "Not Neutral Police"

Polda Metro Jaya summoned journalist and presenter Aiman Witjaksono regarding the alleged hoax case of non-neutral police officers in the 2024 General Election on Friday 26 January. Aiman confirmed that he was present at the examination.

"I am ready to come," said Aiman when confirmed, last Thursday.

Aiman admitted that he did not have special preparations during the examination. He conveyed a number of evidences when he was examined in early December 2023.

"I have submitted the evidence at the first examination," he said.

Previously, Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak said his party would summon Aiman Witjaksono (AW) regarding the alleged hoax case regarding accusations by police officers not to be neutral in the 2024 General Election.

"Investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya have sent a 2nd summons to witness Aiman Adi Witjaksono regarding the investigation that is currently being carried out by investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya," said Ade in his statement last Wednesday.

Ade added that Aiman would be questioned at the Cyber Sub-Directorate Building of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya at 09.00 WIB.

As is known, there are a total of six community alliances that reported the Spokesperson for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md Aiman Witjaksono at Polda Metro Jaya regarding his statement accusing the police of not being neutral.

The six reported Aiman Witjaksono regarding Article 28 (2) in conjunction with Article 45 A paragraph 2 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 14 and/or Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.

Aiman Witjaksono had previously responded to reports against him regarding accusations by the police not being neutral. "If true, this is a strange thing bin is strange. Why? What I conveyed was also conveyed in much more detail by Tempo magazine on December 4 and also Tempo podcast on December 2", Aiman said when asked for confirmation, Saturday (30/12/2023).

According to him, his words have also been conveyed in several other national media. For this reason, Aiman admitted that he was surprised by the increase in this case to the level of investigation.
