Case Of Rising Investigation, Polda Metro Will Check Again Aiman Witjaksono Friday 26 January
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has again scheduled an examination of Aiman Witjaksono in handling cases of alleged spreading false news about non-neutral police in the General Election or the 2024 General Election.
The plan is for the spokesman for the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN) to be taken information, Friday, January 26.
"(Aiman Witjaksono) For questioning or questioning on Friday, January 26, 2024," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak to reporters, Wednesday, January 24.
The investigation process for Aiman Witjaksono will be carried out at the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Polda Metro Jaya at around 09.00 WIB.
Ade said Aiman Witjaksono had received the summons for the examination on Monday, January 22.
"Has sent a second summons to witness Aiman Adi Witjaksono," said Ade.

As a reminder, Polda Metro Jaya received six police reports (LP) related to the alleged spread of false news about non-neutral police in the 2024 election. All of them were reported by Aiman Witjaksono.
In that report, Aiman Witjaksono is suspected of violating Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and or Article 14 and or Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.
