Apple Watch Series 9 And Ultra 2 Again Sold Without Blood Oxygen Censorship
JAKARTA Since the end of last year, Apple has been trying to maintain sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2. The reason is, this device is considered to have violated the patent for the blood oxygen sensor.
Atas keputusan Komisi Perdagangan Internasional (ITC), duasmartwatchitu sempat berhenti dijual sehari sebelum Natal tahun lalu. Namun, Apple Watch Series 9dan Ultra 2 kembali dijual pada 27 Desember setelah larangan ITC ditahan oleh Pengadilan Banding.
The polemic of Apple's smartwatch sales has finally reached a bright spot. Based on Customs and US Border Protection decisions, the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 can be resold freely as long as they don't have blood oxygen sensors.
Apple, which has struggled for several months, agrees with the decision. The ban on sales from ITC is ultimately in effect and the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 will be resold on Thursday, January 18.

The two devices will be sold on Apple Store websites and Apple retail stores. Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 which still has blood oxygen sensors will be pulled from all stores and will be replaced with a new version that does not have the sensor.
Although the US government has banned Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2, this ban will not have an impact on the devices that have been sold. This means that users who have bought two smartwatches with the Blood Oxygen feature can still use them.
(Apple) introduced versions of Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 in the United States without the Blood Oxygen feature. There is no impact on the previously purchased Apple Watch unit that includes the Blood Oxygen feature," said Apple Spokesperson, quoted by The Verge.
