Police Reveal 8 Victims Of TIP In Bekasi, 6 Adults 2 Underage
BEKASI - Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi Metro Police, Muhammad Firdaus City, revealed that there were 8 suspects in the Trafficking in Persons (TPPO) in Bekasi City. Of the 8 women who were used as providers of sex services, two of them were minors.
For information, this act of trafficking in girls to be used as Booking Out (BO) women or sex service providers is carried out in Bekasi City, West Java.
"8 victims of sexual exploitation (6 adults and 2 children). For children aged 15 years and 17 years," said Firdaus when confirmed, Monday, January 15.
Firdaus explained that the suspect's mode of inviting his victims was to provide the lure of large amounts of money from his work serving guests.
In addition, the victim was also given a place for services and food from the suspect named Oma. Later, the payment from the facilities provided was cut, from the results of the victim's sex service service service to a masher.
"The suspect Oma promised the victim to stay in the boarding house. The victim did not pay, later he was paid after receiving a guest," he said.
"And the suspect Oma also promised free food and soundry. Cut from the results of serving guests and Oma promised that in 2 weeks he would get paid according to the results of serving guests," he continued.
He continued, based on the suspect's confession, the victim of a minor got Rp1 million in two weeks. Meanwhile, adults amounted to Rp2.5 million.

Firdaus revealed that Daniel was arrested first on the report of a high school student TIP in Bekasi City. Daniel played a role that took care of his victims not to run away from Oma's boarding house.
"For suspect D, there are 50,000 guests who have sexually exploited the victim. D threatens the victim if he returns home, he will be visited at his home and will be kidnapped," he said.
Daniel and Oma were named suspects on suspicion of committing TIP acts. Both were detained with a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
