Atikoh Ganjar Reminds Science Without Adab Reduces The Benefits Of Science
JAKARTA - The wife of the presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo, Siti Atikoh Supriyanti advised the students to continue to prioritize etiquette rather than knowledge in their daily lives and follow the advice of the kiai and ustaz.
This was conveyed by Atikoh during a visit to the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) in Palembang, South Sumatra, Thursday, January 11.
"For students, always follow the advice of Mr. kiai, Mrs. Nyai, Mr. Ustaz, and Ustazah. Then there is the adaptation. That's especially, if it's better, the knowledge can adjust," said Atikoh as quoted by ANTARA.
Atikoh assessed that a person's knowledge would be useless if the person did not have an adaptation.
"If we only rely on knowledge, but the adaptation is lacking, this is of course the benefit for the people will be less useful," he said.

He reminded the students to be able to study diligently while at the boarding school, because many religious education institutions are now representative.
"So the hope is that they can learn well, because if there is student education, right, the first is religious education, then character education, knowledge related to knowledge and community service," he said.
All knowledge gained at the pesantren will later become provisions for the students when they return to the community.
"So, it is very complete if the education at the pesantren is. Of course it becomes an extraordinary provision for them when they are independent to enter society. Because with any conflict, if the morals are strong, strong, of course they will have an extraordinary fort," said Atikoh.
