Entrepreneurs Complain About The Difficulty Of Submitting RKAB, ESDM Says This

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has opened its voice regarding complaints from mineral and coal mining players who claim to have difficulty submitting a Work Plan and Budget (RKAB).

Previously, RKAB was proposed every year, but the government changed the RKAB application link to once every 3 years.

Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Dadan Kusdiana said companies that are still having trouble applying for RKAB should learn from companies whose RKAB has been issued.

"Look, yes, someone can do it. So, studying is still not finished, please ask," said Dadan when met at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Building, Thursday, January 11.

He also said that the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources had opened counseling so that data shortages or constraints that were expected by business actors could be immediately submitted to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for immediate follow-up.

"So don't let this be shifted if he's not finished it's the government's fault. Yes, see what can be done and we are open, transparent and the process is fast, the mechanism is clear. We are also clear. This is finished here, where is it finished, that's it!" continued Dadan.

He also asked business actors to make documents according to what was required so that when submitting the RKAB, business actors did not experience any problems.

"This is a document, tell me what's wrong. It's not difficult," added Dadan.

Regarding the lack of field verifiers, Dadan admitted that his party had added 25 new personnel.

"We have added 25 people there so there are no issues," concluded Dadan.
