Feeling Noise, Ndhank Clarifies And Apologizes

JAKARTA - Ndhank Surahman Hartono, former guitarist Stinky clarified the second subpoena sent to Andre Taulany, in which his party sued compensation of Rp35 billion and apologized through 20 mass media.

Through a video uploaded on his Instagram account, Ndhank pleaded guilty to the second subpoena, and apologized to the wider audience.

"Currently I want to express my clarification and request for apologies to all viewers in Indonesia for the steps I have taken, namely the steps in the second subpoena with my attorney, Brother Firdaus," said Ndhank, Wednesday, January 10.

For the confusion that occurred between Ndhank and Andre Taulany and Stinky in public, it was said that the initial purpose of the summons was not to be sent. Instead, he wants to be mediated with his former bandmate.

"Because from the start I made the video ban or subpoena was aimed at being able to mediate and sit together with Andre Taulany and Stinky's friends to discuss professionally related to direct license related to my songs," said Ndhank.

"That's why I immediately realized that this is not what I want and hope for," he added.

"Because as an ordinary human being I also can't escape mistakes," he continued.

Ndhank also informed that he had revoked the power of attorney against Firdaus Oiwobo. That way, the second subpoena sent has also been revoked.

"And I immediately met Firdaus' brother and had spoken well, and I have revoked my power of attorney from Brother Firdaus, so that Firdaus is no longer my legal representative," he said.

"I apologize profusely to all viewers in Indonesia for the noise that occurred due to my second subpoena," concluded Ndhank Surahman Hartono.
