Gibran Promises To Review North Bali Airport

The candidate for vice president number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka responded to the wishes of the residents of Buleleng Regency, Bali, who wanted the airport to be present in the northern Bali area.

While campaigning and meeting Prabowo-Gibrandi Singaraja Square volunteers, Buleleng Regency, Bali, Gibran promised to review the continuation of airport construction in northern Bali.

"Thank you very much. We have accommodated the aspirations from North Bali. For airport problems, we will review them later, because during yesterday's debate I have emphasized, we want equitable development. So, Mr., ladies and gentlemen, please be patient. Later, we will review the issue of Buleleng airport, later we will review and other developments in North Bali," said Gibran as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 9.

The eldest son of President Joko Widodo explained his plan to realize equitable development in the country, one of which is in the northern Bali region so that economic growth in each region will increase.

"We want there to be equitable development, access to connectivity is more open, so logistics can be reached as well. We also want new economic growth points," he explained.

In the consolidation event, one of the representatives of the Prabowo-Gibran volunteers entrusted his aspirations to Gibranagar, the candidate pair number 2 paid attention to the continuation of the airport development in North Bali.

"When Mas Gibran won, we only asked for one of our requests, namely the continuation of North Bali airport. We, especially in Buleleng Regency, we entrusted it to Mas Gibran so that later it would be submitted to Pak Prabowo as well so that the airport construction would be continued," said one of the volunteers.

In this activity, thousands of volunteers consisting of Bali State Successors Volunteers, Team 8 Volunteers, Projo, and Gibran's House were present.

Buleleng Regency became the first point in Gibran Rakabuming in a series of campaigns on the Island of the Gods. Gibran was present at the campaign location at around 10.00 WITA, greeted by a Bali gamelan and a gemitir flower complete with a partner on the head.
