Jonathan Davis Discusses The Song A.D.I.D.AS KoRn Who Is Borne

JAKARTA - Vocalist of KORn, Jonathan Davis, discussed the song A.D.I.D.AS and reflected the meaning of the song's "independence".

When discussing the song from the album Life Is Peachy (1997) with athletic clothing brand Adidas in a new interview, Davis expanded the title acronym for the song, which stands for All Day I Dream About Sex and shows a hidden voice in the song.

"It's just a stupid song," he said. "It looks like, it's nothing. I think I started with a riff, we did... it was the second album and we wrote the song and I remember the acronym was 'All Day I Dream About Sex'."

This can be millions of different meanings. They say 'exercise', everything is different. It was very mature and captivating. It represents our position at that time. You are 24 years old. That's all you really think about, especially when you're a member of a rock band. It's just the whole dream and everything. But it feels, at that time the song was everything for me, "he continued.

On the other hand of the interview, Davis revealed that his son was actually present in the room and sitting on his lap as he recorded the A.D.I.D.AS.

"What a mess, when I perform it, if you hear, my eldest son Nathan is between my legs when I sing the song. Actually, in the disturbance you can hear him screaming in the background. He's in the room, "he said.

Last year, Adidas revealed his collaboration with the nu-metal band. The collaboration between Korn x Adidas includes two pairs of Campus 00s sneakers and Supermodified and seven pieces of clothing.

Talking about the release of the collaboration that has now been sold out, Davis said: "It's fun. It's amazing to see how many people still care and how much this has been a part of our lives, with our Adidas brand and music, and everything involved, it's a huge problem. It's crazy to see so many people involved in it. I'm excited."
