Jambi City Government Has Prepared Land Replacement Funds For Compensation Of SDN 212, Students Are Still Being Relocated
JAMBI - Jambi City Government (Pemkot) guarantees that the compensation payment process for the 212 State Elementary School (SDN) is in process.
"Legally, the Supreme Court's decision has been signed. In terms of the APBD, it has been prepared, to execute payments must go through appropriate processes," said Jambi Mayor (Walkot) Sri Purwaningsih in Jambi, Friday, January 5, quoted by Antara.
Sri explained that currently the compensation process includes the measurement stages, the calculation of the KJPP to the payment of demands amounting to Rp1.7 billion, so that many processes must be passed.
He emphasized that the compensation payment process could not be carried out immediately after the decision was issued.
Meanwhile, the Jambi City Government some time ago has asked the plaintiff (the land owner) so that the closure of access to the school can be opened but the plaintiff is not willing.
Currently, students at SDN 212 must be relocated to another school, namely SDN 206 Jambi City, which is not far from the initial location.

On that occasion, Sri together with other officials also ensured that teaching and learning activities for students at SDN 212 Jambi City which were relocated went smoothly.
"We are reviewing how the readiness of the children to learn after we relocate," he said.
In addition, the bus facilities provided are also in good condition and get enthusiasm from students at SDN 212 Jambi City.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Jambi City Education Office (Dinkes) Mulyadi said the learning process for the past few days had been going well.
"Yes, even though they were relocated to a new place, in reality they were happier with a new place. It's more comfortable," he said.
Currently, students get shuttle facilities using buses to go to schools where they are relocated.
