Anies Asks ASN To Dare To Report Their Non-N Neutral Superiors
Presidential Candidate number 1 Anies Rasyid Baswedan asked the state civil apparatus (ASN) to dare to report their superiors who are not neutral or order their staff to elect a certain presidential and vice presidential candidate pair in the 2024 presidential election.
"What is no less important is that subordinates also find superiors who order not to be neutral, go to the public. Don't want to be ordered not to be neutral," Anies said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, January 4.
After campaigning at the Islamic Center Building, Ciamis Regency, West Java, Anies explained that the rules regarding ASN neutrality are higher than the instructions of leaders in an agency, so they cannot be violated.

Anies emphasized that ASN neutrality should be proven by the actions of the apparatus, such as the Police, TNI, ASN, the General Election Commission (KPU), and the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), so that it is not just a jargon or words.
"This is what I said from the start before the determination that neutrality must be proven, it is not enough just to say," said Anies.
The former governor of DKI Jakarta also asked the heads of government agencies or institutions to obey the principles of neutrality and act decisively or reprimand their members if anyone is not neutral in the election.
