Want To Move To A Place To Vote For The 2024 Election, KPU Asks The Public To Take Care Of DPTb Until January 15
The General Election Commission (KPU) of Natuna Regency, Riau Islands reminded people who want to change locations to vote or vote during the 2024 General Election to immediately take care of the additional voter list (DPTb).
The head of the Natuna Regency KPU, Kusnaidi, said that the deadline for managing the DPTb was because he moved to vote because people with disabilities had to be treated in social institutions, drug rehabilitation patients, working abroad, carrying out learning duties and moving domicile until January 15, 2024.
Meanwhile, if the reason for moving to vote is because he is on duty elsewhere, undergoing hospitalization or accompanying inpatients, being hit by a disaster and being a detention center, the time limit is until February 7, 2024.
The DPTb management, he said, could be carried out at the voting committee (pps) in the kelurahan, the sub-district election committee (ppk) in the sub-district and at the general election commission (kpu) office.
"Some were given a limit until January 15 and some were also on February 7, depending on the reason for the move," he said in Natuna, Riau Islands, Thursday, Jnauari 4, which was confiscated by Antara.
