7 SOEs Officially Disbanded, PPA Still Has 'Patients' 15 More Sick Companies

JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (PPA) gets the task of the Ministry of SOEs to manage 22 state-owned companies.

Of these, 7 SOEs were officially disbanded.

The 7 SOEs that have been disbanded are PT Kertas Leces (Persero), PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines (Persero), PT Industri Sandang Nusantara (Persero), PT Istaka Karya (Persero), PT Industri Gelas (Persero), PT Kertas Kraft Aceh (Persero), PT Pembiayaan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) or PANN.

PPA President Director M Teguh Wirahadikusumah said the handling of these 15 sick SOEs will be carried out next year.

"If the 7 (BUMN) have been completed, there are still 15 left," he said at Danareksa Tower, Jakarta, Friday, December 29.

PPA, continued Teguh, this sick SOE is authorized by his party to be studied further regarding the clarity that these SOEs can be restored, restructured, or dissolved.

Even so, Teguh said, the decision process for taking action against sick SOEs was carried out through three parameters.

Starting from the company's financial health, contributing to the economy and being able to have a sustainable business model.

"Of course it is targeted to be clear and clear in 2024 how it will be handled. God willing, it can be resolved properly," he said.

The following is a list of 15 SOEs that are PPA patients:

2. PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero)

3. PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero)

4. PT Dok & Shipping Kodja Bahari (Persero)

5. PT Dok and Surabaya Shipship (Persero)

6. PT Djakarta Lloyd (Persero)

7. PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero)

8. PT Persero Batam

9. PT Inti (Persero)

10. Perum Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia (PNRI)

11. PT Indah Karya (Persero)

12. PT Amarta Karya (Persero)

13. PT Semen Kupang (Persero)

14. PT Primissima (Persero)

15. PT PANN Maritime Financing
