Considered Not As Good As The First Part, The Audience Gives Rating B For Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom Films
JAKARTA - It's only been one week since its screening in theaters around the world, the film produced by DC Films, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom 2 has been given poor ratings by its audience. This is a sign of the lowest point of the franchise because of the poor box office performance.
Reporting from CinemaScore, which conducted a DCEU audience poll, the film, directed by James Wan, only received a rating of B, aka equal to The Flash and Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice by Zack Snyder.
The poll itself was conducted on the opening day of the film Aquaman 2 in 25 major cities in the United States and also Canada, where CinemaScore asked spectators present to fill out score cards in theaters.
In addition, from the profit factors that were announced, the Aquaman 2 film is also considered the worst debut for the DCEU film. Previously, the film, played by Jason Momoa, was estimated to produce 32 million dollars to 42 million dollars or equivalent to Rp493 billion at its opening.
