Yandex Collaborates With Top Campus In Indonesia, Holds Artificial Intelligence Campaign (AI)
JAKARTA An international technology company from Russia, Yandex, recently made an important breakthrough by initiating and sponsoring a series of seminars on artificial intelligence (AI) in collaboration with leading universities in Indonesia and Kominfo.
The company, which recently officially listed its search engine as the ESO (Electronic System Operator) in Indonesia, is proud to be part of an initiative that brings together government, academic and industrial representatives as well as provides knowledge exchange forums and learning opportunities.
The purpose of this campaign is to present the current AI landscape in Indonesia and explore AI's best practices, as well as discuss their implementation and how AI can help create a safer technology environment.

The first event will take place at Gadjah Mada University in December 2023, followed by a series of seminars in 2024. The seminar will cover various topics on the latest developments in artificial intelligence, focusing on AI generative, ethical, and technological use. ML technology in data protection.
Experts from Kominfo, Indonesian AI Society (IAIS), Gadjah Mada University, and Yandex will share their experiences in the first seminar. Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Nezar Patria will also attend seminars at Gadjah Mada University.
