Ganjar Will Involve Disabled Groups In Development Planning
Presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo said he and vice presidential candidate Mahfud MD would involve people with disabilities or people with disabilities in development planning if elected later.
Ganjar said this was in response to a suggestion from a comedian or a single comedian with the disability of Dani Aditya when roasting himself in an event in the Menteng area, Jakarta.
"Yes, if he is disabled, he actually needs facilities for equality. So, if we plan a development plan, (it will) involve them. So that what is in their interest will be fulfilled," said Ganjar as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 21.
By involving the people with disabilities, continued Ganjar, all the needs needed by the group can be realized.
"Whatever he needs, not only that, access to education, health, fast track, everything that is needed. That's equivalent," he said.
