3 Dead As A Rem Blong Truck Hits House And Motorcyclist On The Cianjur-Sukabumi Line

"Our records are three people died, one of whom was a woman who was hit by a truck, while the owner of the shop was injured and has been taken to the Cianjur Hospital for medical assistance," he said.

Meanwhile, the exact cause of the incident, he added, is still under investigation by officers, but the temporary suspicion is that the brakes failed because the witness testimony of the truck was traveling uncontrollably from Sukabumi to Cianjur, until finally the vehicle stopped after hitting the building.

Meanwhile, information on eyewitnesses from local residents, trucks loaded with mineral water in packages drove at high speed from Sukabumi to Cianjur, several tens of meters before entering the scene of the truck, looking like they lost control and hit two motorbikes.

"The truck hit the motorcyclist from the opposite direction, one bounced as far as a few meters while the other was run over by a truck. It didn't stop there, the truck just stopped after hitting the house and shophouse on the side of the road," said witness Dayat (45).

As a result of the accident, he added, three people died in the place including truck drivers, house owners and motorbike riders, while eight other victims were injured and have been taken to Cianjur Hospital and local health centers.
