ATTRAKT Sues 3 Former FIFTY FIFTY Members And Parents
JAKARTA - The new chapter between former FIFTY member FIFTY and their agency is not over yet. Today, Tuesday, December 19, ATTRAKT sued three former FIFTY FIFTY members: Saena, Sio, and Aran.
"We filed a lawsuit against former FIFTY FIFTY members, namely Saena, Sio, and Aran for terminating contracts that violated the law along with The Girers owners Ahn Sung Il, and the parents of ex-members who had a partnership with them," ATTRAKT said on the same day.
Newsis reported that ATTRAKT demanded up to 130 billion Won. It is likely that the number will continue to grow considering that the lawsuit is starting to be processed.
"The number of losses we sued was hundreds of billions of won, but there is a possibility the numbers will increase as long as the lawsuit goes on," they said.
This lawsuit was filed two months after ATTRAKT terminated the contracts of Saena, Sio, and Aran. After the three former members filed for termination of the contract, their lawsuit was rejected by the court.

In the middle of the lawsuit process, one member, Keena dropped the lawsuit and returned to the agency. Since then, Keena has continued the FIFTY FIFTY group and the agency has stated that they will look for three new members.
"We plan to organize FIFTY FIFTY with Keena, who has just returned. We will recruit three new members and form a group of four members," said ATTRAKT, launching YTN today, Friday, November 3.
Keena apologized for creating a complicated situation and committed to being a member of the group.
"Keena is very tired, maybe she is in a difficult situation. She said she apologized and she apologized while crying. I am grateful that she took the courage to come back even though it was too late," said Jeon Hong Joon.
Currently, Keena is promoting as FIFTY FIFTY and attending various music shows alone.
