Police Chief's Office House Guard Attacked, Perpetrators Are Not Terrorist Groups
JAKARTA - A man with the initials JPP attacked the official residence guard of the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta. The attacking man has been arrested.
"It's true (it's been secured), (the initials of the man who was arrested) are JPP," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when confirmed, Thursday, December 14.
The man with the initials JPP is undergoing investigation. The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation is said to be the one handling the case.
In addition, Densus 88 Anti-terror, which had participated in the JPP, stated that there were no indications of involvement with terror groups
"As a result of the interim examination, the results of coordination with Densus 88 Anti-terror were not included in the terror group," he said.

Then for the follow-up to the investigation, Trunoyudo stated that the man would be mentally examined. However, it did not specify when the process would be carried out.
"Furthermore, the Ditreskrimum will conduct a mental check on the person concerned," said Trunoyudo.
