Platform X, Owned By Elon Musk, Talks About Potential Cooperation With Amazon

JAKARTA - The social media platform X owned by billionaire Elon Musk has discussed a possible partnership with Amazon.com that will make X ads available on the retailer's online ad purchase software. This was reported by the Wall Street Journal on Friday, December 8, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The owner of the billionaire social media platform last month threw harsh words at advertisers who had left their X social media platform because of antisemitic content.

Amazon and X have not yet responded to a Reuters request for comment on this matter.

Several companies, including Comcast (CMCSA) and Walt Disney, have now stopped their ads on the social media site after Musk last month agreed with a post on X that incorrectly stated that Jews were fostering hatred for white people.
