EGMS Holds, Shareholders Agree To The Postponement Of Vale Indonesia's Board Of Directors

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) decided to approve the resignation of R Matthew Cherevaty as one of the company's directors.

At the EGMS, shareholders accepted the resignation of Mr. Matt Cherevaty as the effective Director of the Company since September 8, 2023.

"(As for) giving full release and payment of responsibilities and all responsibilities (acquit et de charge) for the actions taken while serving as Director of the Company," the management wrote in a statement to the media, Wednesday, December 3.

On the same occasion, the board of directors and board of commissioners thanked Matt Cherevaty for his valuable contribution and dedication to the Company.
