Like In Jakarta, Anies Will Form A Task Force To Handle Agrarian Problems If He Wins The Presidential Election

Presidential candidate number 1, Anies Baswedan, promised to form a task force to resolve the problem of agrarian conflicts in Indonesia if elected President of the Republic of Indonesia. This task force will be formed with groups per region.

"Yes (it will form a task force) and the task force must be made based on the region, based on the affairs so that they can focus on solving the problem. Each place the solution is different. So there is no equal solution for all locations," said Anies in Bengkulu, Wednesday, December 6.

This task force that carries out the function of agrarian reform has previously been formed in Jakarta since 2019, when Anies was still the Governor of DKI.

This group was formed in order to increase legal certainty of land rights, increase land availability for the public interest, improve land services, and to improve the portion of ownership, control, use, and use of land.

"Jakarta is arguably one of the provinces that actually formed an agrarian reform task force. We are allocating sufficient budgets, allocating sufficient expert agli resources, to organize agrarian problems in Jakarta," said Anies.

Anies explained why the task force for resolving agrarian conflicts is important to form. Currently, agrarian conflicts are one of the biggest problems in the country.

"Most of the people suffer from it. They live in lands that are not recognized by the state, which are then given to corporations. Then the corporation takes over the people's lands. That should not be continued. We want a fair settlement," he added.
