Ksatria Bengawan Solo Becomes A New Contestant For IBL 2024
JAKARTA The Bengawan Solo Ksatria basketball club will appear as a new contestant in the 2024 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) competition.

The President of the Bengawan Solo Ksatria Club, Yakup Putra Hasibuan, said that the phenomenon of growth in basketball in Solo has been evenly distributed in various sectors. The rise of the basketball world in Solo is initiated by the Solo League.
"We are proud to be born and raised in Solo. We have focused all of the activities of this team in Solo. We use the Sritex Arena as our homebase," he was quoted as saying on the IBL website.

Ksatria Bengawan Solo is optimistic that he can talk a lot in his first season. They set a target to enter the most prestigious basketball competition playoffs in Indonesia.
Currently, a number of names of players have agreed to join. The coach and the coaching staff are also preparing the composition of the best team.
Yakup said that Ksatria has a plan to attract talented basketball players from Solo in terms of coaching. You see, basketball competition in Solo is going very well, professional, and tiered from elementary schools (SD) to even veterans.
"Hopefully the presence of Ksatria Bengawan Solo can have a good impact on the city of Solo, make the people of Solo proud, and make the Solo City Government program a success, namely sport tourism," he said.
Yakup Putra Hasibuan as President of Ksatria Bengawan Solo will collaborate with Todotua Pasaribu and Andrian Jahjamalik as founders.
Meanwhile, Andra R. Pasaribu as commissioner and Alvin Reynaldi Setiawan as Vice President of Business.
