List Of 9 Regional Heads Who Received The 2023 State Building Innovation Award
JAKARTA - The award program entitled Innovation to Build a Country 2023 was held Thursday, December 2 at Studio The Convergence Indonesia, Kuningan, South Jakarta. This award, which was held by tvOne, was given to appreciate regional heads in Indonesia.
Recipients of the 2023 State Building Innovation award are regional head officials ranging from the Governor, Mayor and Regent. The totality, contribution and hard work of the best regional heads should get appreciation as outstanding regional heads. The assessment process is also carried out by maintaining the objectivity of what regional heads have done.
"We see that the 9 regional heads who are here have worked hard and are serious about realizing prosperity for their people. This can be seen from the various programs, innovations and policies that have been rolled out by 9 regional heads who attended today," said Taufan E. N Rotorasiko as CEO of tvOne when delivering his remarks.
Nine regional heads who received the 2023 tvOne State Development award were: 1. The Digital Service Innovation Award was given to the Governor of East Java Province, Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, which was considered successful in increasing the implementation of Regional Government Transaction Electronification (ETPD) in East Java Province in the first semester of 2023, experienced a significant increase. A total of 39 local governments in East Java consisting of 38 Regency/City Governments and 1 Provincial Government, 38 local governments have been in the Digital category. This figure has increased rapidly by 34 local governments compared to Semester II in 2022.

Governor Arinal Djunaidi thanks to the successful increase in the Human Development Index (IPM) from 69.90 to 70.45 in 2022. The National HDI itself in 2022 reached 72.91. 3. The Geological Tourism Development Award was given to the Governor of Central Sulawesi Province, Governor Rusdy Mastura, for his efforts to realize the Provincial Government's commitment to encouraging efforts to determine Lake Poso as a Geopark Center in Central Sulawesi.
4. The Human Resources Development Award for Education was given to the Regent of North Konawe, Regent of Ruksamin, who made an extraordinary contribution in the field of education. He made scholarships to 2,963 students from North Konawe area in 99 universities in Indonesia and ten in China. In collaboration with 101 universities in Indonesia to realize the Free SPP program for native students of North Konawe's village. Develop a program for providing free laptops for tutoring staff in North Konawe.
5. The Education System Development and Development Award is given to the Banyuwangi Regent
Regent Ipuk Fiestiandani with a series of programs has succeeded in compiling a Package Program through the Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM), developing Skills through the 'Banyuwangi Ayo Course' Program and non-formal education units through the Learning Activity Studio (SKB). Develop and initiate the 'Asuh Sebaya' program to help underprivileged students/i in Banyuwangi Regency and initiate Policy Intervention through the Ampuh Guard program to tackle dropouts in elementary education.

The Inclusive Economic Development Commitment Award is given to the Regent of Badung Regent I Nyoman Giri Prasta for his achievement in increasing regional revenue targets by 7.5 trillion rupiah, compiling the 'Badung Sharing, From Badung to Bali' program aimed at physical development and community security, providing grant funds of 54.5 billion rupiah to the community and Special Financial Assistance (BKK) 79.2 billion rupiah to the Tabanan Regency Government which is intended for economic development and creating jobs in 2023, providing grant funds of 32, 4 billion to the community and BKK of 73 billion to the Klungkung Regency Government in 2023 and facilitating international events to boost the local community's economy (AIS 2023 Summit).
7. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Empowerment Award was given to Malang Regent Wahyu Hidayat for his efforts in the transfer of MSMEs in the Government agenda on both local, national, regional and global scales, providing equipment assistance to 200 MSME actors of 1 billion rupiah, expanding market access to MSMEs by the Malang City Government, assisting the Malang City Government to MSME players to go international through halal certification, nutrition tests, BPOM, and SNI labels.
8. The Tourism Village Development Award was given to the Regent of Sumenep Regent Achmad Fauzi for the acquisition of various awards including the Keris Tourism Village Award of Sumenep Regency as the 50 Best Villages in the 2022 Tourism Village Award by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, May 2022. MURI's award for the record for Tourism Village with the most Keris Empu by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, October 2022. Awards for dedication and commitment in supporting the 2022 Tourism Village Development Program, June 2022. The determination of UNESCO Sumenep Regency as Keris City. Increased tourist visits by 300% from 2021-2022 and the development of Giliyang Island as an Oxygen Tourism.
9. Commitment Award for Transportation Infrastructure Development and Accessibility is given to the Regent of Bekasi
Regent Dani Ramdan received appreciation for his hard work in the construction of 38 district road points, construction of the West Cikarang Toll Road, Pilar-Sukatani, Sukamahi-Cicau, Wanasari-CBL, Pondok Soga-Tanjung Air, Warung Satu-Pulo Puter, Cipayung-Pasir Tanjung, Kampung Turi-Gabus Rawa, Haur Pebayuran Bay Access, to Jalan Ridogalih Cibarusah, installation of 3,043 environmental road lighting points and construction of 85 bridges.
Innovation to Build a Country in 2023 is expected to bring and encourage regional heads in Indonesia with a myriad of other achievements that can build a better Indonesia in the future. In addition, through this program, the community can increase their trust in regional heads both at the Provincial and City/Regency levels.
