Algorand Spreads Wings To India Market, Here's The Strategic Step!
JAKARTA - Algorand (ALGO), one of the world's leading blockchain protocols, is expanding its reach in the Indian market by establishing strategic cooperation with several large organizations in women's technology, education and empowerment. This move is part of the AlgoBharat project launched by Algorand earlier this year to increase blockchain adoption and innovation in India.
Through a partnership with NASSCOM, India's information technology industry association, Algorand plans to develop the talents of the younger generation in Web3, namely decentralized internet supported by blockchain. Algorand will collaborate with Future Skills Prime, a training center founded by NASSCOM and the Indian government, to provide courses and blockchain certification for professionals and students.
In addition, Algorand will also partner with the Mann Deshi Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on empowering rural women in India. Algorand will support the development of the first rural bank for women in India, managed by the Mann Deshi Foundation. Algorand will help create credit score systems and blockchain-based identities for women entrepreneurs, so they can access financial services more easily and safely.
Tie Bangalore, a global network that supports entrepreneurs, is also one of Algorand's partners in building the Web3 ecosystem in India. Algorand and Tie Bangalore will organize various educational initiatives, such as webinars, workshops, and competitions, to improve the knowledge and skills of developers, students, and beginners in the blockchain sector.
