JAKARTA - China urges its citizens to take precautions amid a surge in respiratory diseases that spread in the country.Some areas include Tianjin, eastern Zheijiang and southern Guangdong reportedly experiencing a spike in influenza cases, especially for type AH3N2 or B/Victoria as reported by the Beijing Global Times.The Tianjin Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, reported by Anadolu via Antara, appealed to residents to take precautions such as getting vaccinated and paying attention to personal hygiene.For this reason, Tianjin has formed an early warning system, and classified the influenza outbreak as Level III.Meanwhile, the Zhejiang Center for Disease Control noted that winter has always been the peak of influenza, with lower temperatures making it easier to transmit the virus.
