TANGERANG - Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police (Tangsel), AKP Alvino revealed that the suspect MN (53) had had had sexual relations with his daughter, FN (17) since 2018. This was known after an examination of MN.
"From the interim examination, the statements of the perpetrators and witnesses have been for 5 years. From August 2018 to July 2023. That means almost 5 years. (Total) 18 times," said Alvino when met at the South Tangerang Police, Thursday, November 30.
Alvino also explained, as a result of the suspect's actions, the victim is now 8 months pregnant or 38 weeks pregnant. This means that the victim only needs to calculate the day before giving birth to the child of his own biological father.
"(The content) is 37 weeks," he said.
