WIKA Gedung Akan Serah Terima Proyek Bandara Dhoho Kediri Akhir November 2023
JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) targets the Dhoho International Airport project in Kediri to be handed over or provisional handover by the end of November 2023.
Operations II Director Wika Akhmadi Tricahyono said, as of November 24, 2023, the progress of the company's responsibility has reached 99.8 percent and will be handed over to PT Surya Dhoho Investama as the owner in the near future.
"So, we are also grateful that at the end of this month (November) we will do, (submit the project) which is the responsibility of WEGE itself," said Akhmadi in an online Public Expose Live, quoted Thursday, November 30.
Akhmadi said that the airport operation itself depends on the stakeholders involved, ranging from Angkasa Pura, Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) to PT Surya Dhoho Investama itself.
"The operation is expected at the end of the year (2023), but it also depends on all stakeholders involved, including Angkasa Pura, then also the Ministry of Transportation," he said.
He assessed that overall the project involved many of the main sub-contractors and contractors, WEGE itself only focused on the building project section and part of the runway.
"Indeed, some work still has to be finalized, but it is a job under PT Doho itself. Because, according to the contract we hold, we have finished the WeGE scop of work," said Akhmadi.
The airport project began to be carried out in 2022, with a total contract value of IDR 1.79 trillion. It is known that the contribution of the project to the company's revenue this year reached IDR 1.2 trillion. Meanwhile, the remaining around IDR 600 billion went to 2022 revenue.
"The contribution in 2023 is around 1.2 trillion, and the contribution to gross profit in 2023 is 8.6 percent," he added.
