The Defendant Rihani Claims To Be Cheated Of IDR 12.8 Billion By Rinahan In The IPhone Reseller Fraud Case

TANGERANG Rihani, a defendant in the alleged iPhone reseller fraud case in the pledoi trial at the Tangerang District Court (PN), Monday, November 27, admitted that he was also deceived by his twin, Riana. Unmitigated, the value reached Rp. 12.8 billion.

This was also conveyed by Rihani's attorney, Dedi, who said that his client had sent or transferred money related to ordering an iPhone to the defendant Riana.

However, said Dedi, his twin did not send an iPhone order. So that his client could not complete the reseller order.

"Through the delay in the delivery of goods or someone has not received it, because the defendant (Rihani) also did not receive the order from witness Rinhana," said Dedi during the trial.

Rihani, continued Dedi, suffered losses and had to return the money to the resellers. Meanwhile, the money has been signed by Rinahan.

The reported party also became a victim and suffered a loss of Rp12.8 billion. The money was received by the defendant from his reseller and the defendant had to return the money to his reseller because the item did not exist. Even though the money has been given to witness Rinhana, it is all cut for the defendant's profit," he continued.
