Ganjar-Mahfud Move Separately During Campaign, TPN: We Want To Visit Each Regency And Greet The People

JAKARTA - Head of the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN), Arsjad Rasjid, said the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number three would move separately during the campaign. This step was taken so that both of them could greet the Indonesian people from Sabang to Merauke.

"(Ganjar and Mahfud, ed) must go their separate ways, because, nothing. If, for example, we want to visit every district in Indonesia, we want to greet all the people," Arsjad told reporters at the High End building, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 28.

Later, the winning team called Arsjad will move massively. Yenny Wahid, for example, who is now the Advisory Council of TPN Ganjar-Mahfud will move.

Likewise with other figures in TPN such as Sandiaga Uno who also fills the position in the winning team will move. "In addition, we are here and also the deputy coordinator chairman, vice chairman and others will also walk around," he said.

"So here is how simultaneously we will carry out campaigns together, re-noise how to introduce Mas Ganjar and Prof Mahfud and provide (know, red) ideas and programs that will be built," continued Arsjad.

As for the movement of the Ganjar-Mahfud pair, Arsjad said, the outermost areas are indeed their focus. Because, this couple wants to hear the wishes of the people.

"Everything we have to hear. We touch that we must respect the rights of minorities, we also look from left and right, we can see from Sabang and Merauke. This reminds us of how our unity is, we see after all we have to do economic equality," he said.

As previously reported, Ganjar started a campaign in Papua while Mahfud visited Sabang, Aceh. The two of them will then gather in the central region of Indonesia.

The General Elections Commission (KPU) has determined that the election campaign period will take place from 28 November 2023 to 10 February 2024, while the voting is scheduled to be held on 14 February 2024.
