Secretary General Of Gerindra Says Apdesi Has Not Declared Support To Prabowo-Gibran

Secretary General of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani said the Association of Village Governments of All Indonesia (Apdesi) did not declare their support for candidate pair Prabowo Subianto-GibranRakabuming Raka during the United Village Gathering at GBK Stadium, Jakarta, Sunday (19/11).

"So it was an event in their friendship to convey their relationship. So, the title is we hope. There is no declaration, no support," said Muzani, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, November 20.

One of the complaints submitted by Apdesi to the vice presidential candidate (cawapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the friendship is related to changes to the village law (UU).

"(They conveyed) to make the law change to begono village, begini," said Muzani. Previously, Gibran Rakabuming Raka admitted that he had received and prepared solutions for the aspirations and input of the village community in the Gathering of the United Village.

"We have accommodated the aspirations, input, evaluations from our fellow pressure organizations, we will discuss them later, we will schedule it next week so that we can find the best solution to the existing problems later," said Gibran after attending the event held by several village apparatus associations at GBK Stadium, Senayan, Sunday (19/11).

Terkait dukungan para perangkat desa kepada dirinya di Pilpres 2024, Gibran enggan berkomentar dan mengatakan yang lebih dulu dilakukan adalah menyiapkan solusi untuk masalah masyarakat desa.

"The problem of supporting support will be later. We will find the best solution first. We will absorb it first, whatever the problem is. If you support support, later; later, while walking," said Gibran.
